Heat Treatment and Annealing

Heat treatment is one of the most important and critical steps required to manufacture high quality products in saw blade production. For this reason, it is important that we perform and control the heat treatment process in our own facilities. The heat treatment process requires a lot of experience. We have been producing circular saw blades in our own furnaces in Asbilek since the first day we started to produce them. We use the state-of-the-art furnaces designed for different sizes of saw blades in our factory.
