1. Physical Security and Goods Protection
• Necessary physical measures are taken to prevent damage, loss, deterioration, or theft during packaging, storage, loading, and transportation processes.
• Security infrastructure such as cameras, access control systems, and security personnel is used in shipment and storage areas.
• Product safety is ensured by selecting secure routes, reliable carriers, and maintaining accurate timing during transportation.
2. Document and Information Security
• Complete and accurate records must be kept for all logistics documents including shipment documents, transport forms, and order information.
• In line with information security principles, commercial data is considered confidential and can only be accessed by authorized personnel.
• Digital security measures are implemented in systems used in logistics processes.
3. Traceability and Feedback
• All product movements are recorded throughout logistics processes, and appropriate systems are used for shipment tracking.
• Barcode, lot number, and dispatch records are regularly updated to ensure backward traceability.
• Customer complaints or damage reports are evaluated through effective feedback and
corrective action mechanisms.

• Third-party companies providing transport and logistics services are expected to comply with safety, ethics, environmental, and occupational health conditions.
•Logistics partners must act in accordance with relevant legal regulations and standard requirements.
• Security commitments are included in contracts made with carrier companies.
5. Emergency and Incident Response Plans
• Risk analyses are conducted for possible security incidents, accidents, delays, or natural disasters in logistics processes.
• Emergency response plans are prepared, and post-incident procedures are communicated to employees and logistics partners.
• Insurance processes are actively managed for damage situations.
6. Continuous Improvement and Awareness
• Regular training is provided to logistics personnel on safe shipment, field behavior rules, and detection of risky situations.
• Our policy is regularly reviewed and improved through internal audits, performance indicators, and supplier evaluations.
