At ASBİLEK, we consider the health and safety of our employees, subcontractors, visitors, and everyone present in our work environments as an integral and top priority part of our business processes. We aim to prevent occupational accidents and diseases with a proactive approach in our production activities, and we act based on continuous improvement fundametals to establish a healthy and safe working environment.

In this regard, we commit to:

  • Ensuring full compliance with all national occupational health and safety regulations, international standards (ISO 45001), and other obligations,
  • Periodically conducting risk assessments to identify and eliminate or reduce existing and potential workplace hazards to an acceptable level,
  • Providing the necessary personal protective equipment, knowledge, and technical infrastructure to ensure the safety of all employees, subcontractors, and visitors,
  • Organizing continuous training programs to increase awareness of occupational health and safety and encouraging active participation of all employees in this process,
  • Developing effective emergency plans, regularly testing and updating them through drills,
  • Analyzing work accidents and near-miss incidents to identify root causes and taking systematic preventive measures to avoid recurrence,
  • Establishing open communication with all stakeholders to make occupational health and safety a corporate value,
  • Monitoring, measuring, and improving our OHS performance with continuous improvement goals,
  • Encouraging all managers and employees to take responsibility to ensure the sustainability of our OHS management system.
