Innovation and Sustainable Product Development The development of environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and sustainable products is encouraged. Design, production, and usage processes are evaluated using a product life cycle approach. Continuous improvement and innovative solutions are supported through research and development activities. 7. Risk Management and Business Continuity Operational, environmental, and social risks related to production processes are analyzed. Necessary plans are developed to ensure business continuity. Preparedness is maintained for potential disruptions and crisis situations. 8. Training, Awareness, and Continuous Improvement Employees are provided with regular training on responsible production, quality, environmental management, and occupational safety. Production processes are monitored and improved through performance indicators. Continuous improvement is ensured through internal audits and management reviews.
